It is important to note that Floor and Floors does not engage in the architectural design, planning, or physical construction of any builder floor listed or sold through our company.
All properties showcased through Floor and Floors are built by independent builders, developers, or property owners. Our role is to act solely as a facilitator in the transaction process, helping potential buyers discover suitable properties, arranging site visits, providing basic property details as shared by the seller, and supporting the buyer through the documentation and sale process.
Accuracy of Information
Floor and Floors makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information provided regarding each listed property, including photographs, floor plans, location details, pricing, legal documentation status, and possession timelines, is accurate, up to date, and obtained directly from the builder or legal owner of the property. However, we do not take responsibility for discrepancies, inaccuracies, or omissions that may arise from third-party sources.
Prospective buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence, which may include independent legal verification of property ownership, approval status from local authorities, structural assessments, and any other property-specific concerns. While we may assist in providing contacts or references for such services, Floor and Floors does not guarantee or certify any third-party professionals.
Third-Party Responsibilities
Since Floor and Floors is not the creator or developer of the properties listed on our platform, we do not hold liability for construction quality, architectural design, adherence to building codes, or post-possession services such as warranty or maintenance. Financial Transactions

Floor and Floors may assist in facilitating meetings and documenting the sale agreement, but we do not collect, hold, or manage funds on behalf of either party, unless explicitly mentioned in a separate agreement.
